SEBI Board Meeting - III - Executive Director appointment
It would also help if the Board were to decide on my successor in a hurry, the organisation has been headless in the legal affairs and enforcement departments for nearly three months, which is a very unhealthy state of affairs. To appoint an executive director, the Board needs to clear the name before an offer is made to such person under the employment regulations. Sooner is better.
