SRO development in the US

In a significant development in the US, FINRA the self regulatory organisation (SRO) of exchanges and brokers will "consolidate the surveillance, investigation, and enforcement of insider trading". This is an important step in the area of self regulation, while India is struggling to find a credible self regulatory organisation and giving it its imprimatur. See news item.
