Prof. Jayanth Varma of IIM, Ahmedabad has a excellent piece on the best way forward to resolve future regulatory disputes. I could not agree more with him that we need a judicial solution not a bureaucratic one - and that the current committee structure is flawed and inadequate for various reasons he outlines brilliantly.
