Put call options pre-emption rights - another nail in the coffin

I had a post on 22nd April 11 where the regulator's view of the prohibition on put/call options was analysed. This is now further cemented by SEBI's informal guidance stating that all contracts which are not spot transactions in securities are illegal - this was in the context of a shareholders' agreement.
