Stock Exchange and Clearing Corporation Regulations of SEBI
SEBI has notified a new set of regulations for stock exchanges and clearing corporations - Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2012. These will of course be in line with the Board decision of April 2012 (Board as in SEBI's Board) - so major surprises are not likely. But of course the devil is in the details. Analysis to follow in a few days.

Could you please write a piece on the recent Qualified Foreign Investors guidelines, where QFIs have been allowed to directly invest in equity?
