The Firm, a show on corporate laws on CNBC, has an interesting interview with Preet Bharara. Here is the video - worth a watch. Preet Bharara is the US public prosecutor in New York who has launched an aggressive battle against insider trading amongst others against Rajaratnam and Rajat Gupta. Nobody seems to have accused him of launching prosecutions only in easy cases - though one can make such a claim based on the statistics involved - 65 convictions out of 66 insider trading cases brought.
